Make a foundation chain of 5 chain stitches.
Then make a treble crochet stitch by inserting the hook at the end of foundation chain. Now with your crochet hook again create a chain of 9 stitches and in the 5th stich make treble crochet stitch again. Follow the same method until you get 14 holes till the end of the cord.
